RETURNS

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds. All purchases from our shop both our subscription books and exclusive editions are nonrefundable and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If the item arrives damaged from transit, any damages must be addressed with the shipping company. We advise getting shipping insurance when making a purchase.
If the item arrives damaged, but the shipping box is intact, please reach out to us. Returns/refunds will be issued depending on a case-by-case basis. You can always contact us for any return questions here.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
----
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any issue.
Reminder, all items are final sale and cannot be returned if you change your mind after purchase.
Please note, due to differences in materials and manufacturing, some books may feature variations that do not qualify as damage. This can include, but is not limited to:
- Faint roller-lines from manufacturing
- Metallic foiling being more prone to light scratches
- Sprayed edges (especially dark colors) may show paper variation/manufacturing, shelf wear, white spots, light scratching, page bleed, or slight imperfections
- Tip-ins and signatures being slightly misaligned
- Misaligned sprayed edges less than 5mm from center
- Wavy pages (does not apply to water damage)
- Bent hardcase spine or dust jacket
- Minor interior or exterior defects
- Misaligned headbands
The above criteria is a general guidance for our perfect editions, however, every ticket will be manually reviewed by our Customer Support Team and all replacements will be at the discretion of that team. These guidelines do not apply to scratch + dent editions.

CANCELLATIONS

At this time, we are not accepting cancellations after a purchase is made. All products are final sale. Please note, the product images are digital mock-ups and final physical copies may vary. Cancellations will not be granted for differences between the digital design and the final product.
Cancellations will not be granted for shipping rate changes. We do not have control over shipping rates, duties, taxes, and/or fees.
Cancellations will not be granted for shipping delays. All shipping timelines are an estimate and are subject to change. You can keep up to date on the shipping timelines here.
Subscription Box Cancellations - Once a subscription is cancelled, it will not be reinstated. To rejoin the subscription box, you will need to join the waitlist again.

SKIPS
----
There is one skip per calendar year that resets every January per box. If you have a combo box subscription, you are able to skip one or both boxes in a given quarter. Skip requests must be made via email and once a skip is processed, it cannot be "unskipped."
Skips must be requested via email before your next billing cycle goes through. Once your card has been charged, we cannot skip that month and no refunds will be issued. All listings are final sale.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

REFUNDS
----
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged item to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your damaged/defected/missing/wrong item, please contact us here.

SHIPPING

International shipping duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover shipping rates, duties, taxes, and fees costs.
Shipping rates, duties, taxes, and fees are set by the shipping companies and country. We do not have any control over the rates. We cannot modify the rates. We do not receive compensation from those rates. The only dollar amount our company receives is the cost of the product. All shipping costs go to the shipping companies/government.
