International shipping involves VAT, GST, or custom duties, which are country-specific taxes on imported goods. The recipient is responsible for VAT/GST/custom duties (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and any issues regarding these payments are to be addressed with the shipping companies.

RETURNS

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds. If the item arrives damaged from transit, any damages must be addressed with the shipping company. We advise getting shipping insurance when making a purchase.

If the item arrives damaged, but the shipping box is intact, please reach out to us. Returns/refunds will be issued depending on a case-by-case basis. You can always contact us for any return questions here

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any issue.

Reminder, all items are final sale and cannot be returned if you change your mind after purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

At this time, we are not accepting cancellations after a purchase is made. All products are final sale. Please note, the product images are digital mock-ups and final physical copies may vary. Cancellations will not be granted for differences between the digital design and the final product.
